About the Booking Process

See below for an overview of how to book Levy Folk Collective. We understand you may have other questions before wanting to book for your potentially once in a lifetime event however, and we are happy to answer these via the email address above.

The Booking Process

1. Submit an enquiry

After receiving your enquiry we can confirm availability, answer any questions and provide a quote based on gig timings, musician numbers and travel involved.

2. Make it a firm booking

Payment of 20% deposit is required to commit us to your date (we will then decline any other ongoing enquiries). We will also send a contract outlining the finer details, including for on the day, which venues sometimes request.

3. Final payment

We will email you six weeks before your event and request final payment (or sooner if booked at short notice). We then look forward to performing at your event!
